We used this juicer for a year.It does take a surprisingly strong arm to operate, considering all that heavy metal and long lever. It was not all that easy to clean.And the lever comes down off center, the hinges get locked, and eventually broke leaving a very heavy, not repairable piece of metal for the trash.We've had 19.99 electric models that lasted longer, made better juice, and were easier to clean - and that's what I'm cruising Amazon for today.
