I ordered my first one, I came with a cracked juice container. Amazon was great, issued a UPS return. Order a second one, used it once and on the second time the motor stopped.Once again Amazon was great and issued a UPS return and refunded my money.POOR PRODUCT QUALITY, but GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE by Amazon.I order a Breville juice from Amazon that was about $30 dollars more and it is an excellent juicer.Maybe the Breville Juicer was what I was meant to have all along.GREAT SERVICE BY AMAZON - THANKS!!
